                What is Yellow Dot?

Yellow Dot is a the "File of Life" program for your vehicle.

A Yellow Dot on your vehicle alerts emergency personnel
to look for medical information in your glove compartment.

The TRIAD Yellow Dot sticker is affixed to the rear window
of your vehicle. The symbol is recognized by emergency
responders. When they see it, they know to look in your vehicle's
glove compartment for a yellow card. The card contains your
medical history, medications, allergies, personal emergency
contacts, physician information and other vital data.
                Responders can begin treatment faster.
Those seconds and minutes save lives.

The Yellow Dot program is provided as a service by Sheriff Robert J. McCabe
and the Norfolk Sheriff's Office so there is NO CHARGE to the resident.

For more information about the Yellow Dot program, please call (757) 441- 5080.
