To deposit money to an inmate's canteen account, please mail postal money orders with the inmate's name and 'TRN' clearly printed on it to - Resident Canteen (Inmate Name and TRN Number) P. O. Box 3908 Norfolk, VA 23514 The inmate's name and 'TRN' number must be included on the money order and 'payable to' the inmate. Send only Postal Money Orders The Commissary/Canteen operation at the Norfolk City Jail is operated by Keefe Commissary Network. Keefe personnel process inmate orders through a computer accounting program. All operations of the commissary system are regulated and controlled by the Sheriff's Office. Inmates can order various snack foods and hygiene items that have been approved by Sheriff's Office. |
